New Homes Sales Show Huge Increase in June!
Sales of newly constructed homes increased 11% in June, a far greater increase than was anticipated by economists. Although the number of new houses sold was still 28% less than new home sales in June last year, the 11% increase is evidence that consumer confidence is slowly returning and the market has probably reached bottom.
